This privacy policy applies to the OverUnder AI mobile application (hereby referred to as "Application") that was created by Over Under Labs (hereby referred to as "Service Provider" or "we").

The Application is a freemium sports prediction service that uses machine learning to provide football match predictions. We are committed to protecting your personal information and your privacy.

Information Collection and Use

The Application collects information when you download and use it. This information may include:

• Your device's Internet Protocol address (e.g. IP address)
• The pages of the Application that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages
• The operating system you use on your mobile device
• Device identifiers and mobile network information

The Application does not gather precise geolocation information about your mobile device.

Authentication & Account Information

To use the Application, you must create an account. We use Firebase Authentication to handle user authentication. When you sign up, we collect:

• Email address - Your primary identifier and contact method
• User ID - A unique identifier generated by Firebase Authentication
• Authentication tokens - Used to securely access your account

Your authentication data is processed by Firebase (Google) and stored securely. We do not have access to your password credentials.

Payment & Subscription Information

We use RevenueCat to manage subscriptions and in-app purchases. RevenueCat collects:

• Purchase transaction data
• Subscription status and renewal information
• Receipt and purchase validation data

Important: We do not store or have access to your credit card, banking information, or payment credentials. All payment processing is handled securely by Google Play and your payment provider.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve the Application
• Process your subscriptions and deliver premium features

• With their trusted services providers who work on their behalf, do not have an independent use of the information we disclose to them, and have agreed to adhere to the rules set forth in this privacy statement

AI & Machine Learning

The Application uses Machine Learning (ML) to analyze football match data and generate predictions. The ML system:

• Processes historical match statistics and team performance data
• Generates probability-based predictions for match outcomes
• Does NOT use your personal data for training models
• Operates in accordance with this privacy policy and applicable laws

Your Rights & Choices

Data Access & Deletion

You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data. To delete your account and data, please contact us at [email protected]. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe.

Opt-Out

You can stop all collection of information by the Application easily by uninstalling it. You may use the standard uninstall processes as may be available as part of your mobile device or via the mobile application marketplace or network.

Data Retention

The Service Provider will retain User Provided data for as long as you use the Application and for a reasonable time thereafter (typically 30 days after account deletion for backup purposes). If you'd like them to delete User Provided Data that you have provided via the Application, please contact them at [email protected].

Age Requirement

The Application is intended for users who are 18 years of age or older. By using this Application, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from users under 18. If we discover that a user under 18 has provided personal information, we will immediately delete it from our servers.

Security

The Service Provider is concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information. We provide physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect information we process and maintain, including:
